1. Online booking
2. Calling the dental practice
3. Leaving their phone number and getting an immediate call-back using special software

2. Which service are you interested in promoting?
3. How much does that service cost?
4. How many additional appointments could you take on monthly for that service?
5. What is your FTA (Failure-to-Attend)?
6. On average what percentage of people that show up end up getting the service?
7. How are you currently getting customers?
8. Do you know how much it’s costing you to get a new customer?
9. Do you have a process in place to get customers at will?
