The guys are at it again, lawyer Ed Greenberg and photographer Jack Reznicki will once again answer questions and discuss current legal issues that are of interest to photographers. From basic to advance they cover issues of copyright, releases, business concerns, and stories ripped from the headlines. Some of the topics discussed will be issues with the CASE Act that establishes an alternative to Federal Court in copyright cases. Like why it is not, as it is always referred to, a “small claims court”. They will discuss NFTs and copyright, and phone calls Ed’s office gets and why he will not take some copyright cases. Always entertaining and in plain English, come listen and bring questions. In fact, feel free to submit your questions early directly to the B&H Event Space at eventspacereviews@gmail.com.
