Krisp is a service that allows professionals from all industries, though especially targeting people who work in call centres, to dial out and receive calls from clients and customers without the fear and distractin of background noise interrupting their call. In the hybrid world we now all work in, this service is even more pertinent.

Brief & Overview: Our client was looking for a film to be produced that would illustrate the product in both an office and a working from home setup. They asked us to come up with a concept and a script that would encapsulate both of these working environments and appeal to a global audience so they would understand their offering. After a bit of back and forth we decided upon a central character who we would see in both environments to clearly show the hybrid nature of working. The client gave us a lot of key points they wanted to get across in the film and we found a way to capture these all in a streamlined script as we knew a lot of the heavy lifting could be done in the visuals and with some clever sound design. We had a substantial crew film everything during one day. In the morning we filmed at a great location house, and then in the afternoon we filmed at an office location. Filmed on an Alexa Mini with some Cine lenses we are really happy with the great quality footage that we captured. We had to overcome a challenge at the 2nd location of noise disturbance from a neighbouring office that was having refurbishment work done, which gave us a shorter window to film in. However, we asked our sound operator to capture a lot of ambient sounds during the day which we then gave to our sound designer to mix into the master track of the film along with the music that they composed. Owing the nature of the product that the client offers we knew that sound design would be key and are confident that we executed this well in the film that we delivered. The concept that we developed with the client had the added benefit of being able to be repurposed as a standalone ‘working from home’ and a standalone ‘professional-use office’ film so we were able to deliver the client multiple video assets so they could use in different marketing activity to speak more directly to a specific audience.
