Recipe for breakfast rolls:
250 ml warm milk.
130 grams of sugar.
7 grams of dry yeast.
1 egg.
1 egg white.
3 grams of vanilla.
550 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
80 grams of butter.
1 egg yolk.
Milk.
We mix.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
